Huge Salary Hike for AP MLAs
They are also getting a wide range of electronic goods like Laptop, Printer, Scanner, iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab mobile phone etc.
Good hikes for people who bunk their duties and even when present wasting time by some useless things instead of working on development discussions. Poor India.. Poor Andhra Pradesh.. but not poor politicians...

Ricky Ponting Steps down as Australia Captain
Tuesday, March 29, 2011
Though he said, no one tapped on his shoulder to resign and its own decision, one can expect how much pressure he might have faced from Australian former players, media and of-course Cricket Australia.
He said, he will be available for next season, leaving decision to selectors to select him or not. He wants to give more time to new captain, taking over his position, to get more experience before facing big tournaments and hence quitting now.
All the best for your future, Ricky. You did a fantastic job as a Captain so far, leaving recent Ashes and World Cup results apart!
On the other side, Shaun Tait also resigned from one day cricket after world cup loss. He wants to continue in T20 shorter form of game.
YS Viveka Slaps TDP MLA
Andhra Pradesh Assembly is heading nowhere. After many agitations, walkouts and political dramas, today another historic event happened, which every person wish such event should not repeat in the future.
Agriculture Minister, Y S Vivekananda Reddy, slapped opposition party TDP MLA right in the assembly hours. Its really a shame to government which is not properly handling assembly sessions.
All happened, after TDP started agitation against late former CM YSR, accusing him on land scandals. Viveka, brother of YSR, couldn't control himself and went straight away to TDP MLAs benches and does the act.
Though he and CM Kiran Kumar Reddy apologizes after few hours of the incident, it is shame on us to have such leaders ruling our state.

Do you have loads of 25 Paise coins?
It might sound funny, as we are not seeing even 50 paise coins now-a-days. But RBI thinks people are still using 25 paise coins. They issued a press statement saying 25 paise coins can't be used as legal tender for payment after June 30th.
They also said, these coins can be exchanged from the listed 41 banks across the country. The point here is - people doesn't go to bank just to exchange a few coins. Even if you have 40 coins, you will be getting 10 Rupees for that. Don't think a single person has those many coins and they go to bank to exchange them. Hence my question "Do you have loads of 25 paise coins?" makes sense, I think.
